Enforced Collection Actions by the Internal Revenue Service  Call Fresh Start Tax

If federal taxes are not paid timely, and the IRS is not notified why the taxes cannot be paid, the law requires that enforcement action be taken, which could include the following:

  • IRS will garnish your bank account
  • IRS will send a continuous wage levy to your employer
  • IRS will file a notice of federal tax lien

All enforcement action will stop with a simple telephone call to the IRS. IRS will need to make sure all your tax returns are filed and will require a form 433F to close the outstanding case.
Your case will close in one of the following manners

  • with a part pay agreement
  • hardship or currently uncollectible
  • full pay
  • offer in compromise
  • statue expiration

Your financial statement will determine how your case closes. Call us today. We are former IRS Agents and have the highest BBB rating in the business.
