Tax Levy by the IRS

If the IRS has sent you a bank or wage levy, simply contact us today and we can start the process to get on immediate removal of your levy and settle your case at the same time.

You will need to fill out an IRS financial statement form 433-F.  We will need to make sure all your tax returns are current and up-to-date. We can usually get Levy releases within a 48 hour period of time.

 

Do you Owe Back Taxes

If you owe back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service we will need a current financial statement along with complete documentation.

After IRS reviews the financial statement they will place you in one of three categories. They were either place you went into a :

1. currently not collectible,

2. ask you to make monthly installments, or

3. recommend you file an offer in compromise or tax settlement.
