Business groups such as Florida retailers have been asking for such a cut since Gov. Rick Scott said he wanted $500 million dollars in tax cuts in the 2014 – 2015 budget.
Sen. Dorothy Hukill filed a bill that would give the data international Speedway tax break of $2 million a year over the next 30 years.
Hukill’s 2013 effort to help the Speedway was unsuccessful, though the Speedway went ahead with the renovation project is to make it to cost $375 million-$400 million.
Interest groups make a claim for Gov. Rick Scott’s goal of $500 million in tax cuts next year, but the cuts could exceed that goal and lead to the elimination of older tax breaks.

Arrest in Florida sales tax case:

Former Lee County Used Car Dealer Arrested
(name omitted), the former owner of Made in Brazil Auto Sales, a used car dealership that had been located Fort Myers, Florida, has been arrested on charges that he stole more than $21,000 in sales tax he collected from customers, but failed to send it into the state.
The owner, who lives in Lehigh acres, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s office on September 3 on a felony charge relating to theft of state funds.
If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, as well as a possible payment of penalty and investigative costs.
Made in Brazil Auto Sales was located at 3711 Palm Beach Blvd. in Fort Myers.
According to the Florida Department of revenue investigators, tax was collected at the dealership. However, during various periods beginning in 2000 and, lasting through periods in 2011 he failed to send in to the state all of the sales tax that was collected.
Florida business owners are not aware of the fact Florida Department of revenue is more likely to arrest a business owner for tax fraud than the Internal Revenue Service.
While both the IRS and the Florida Department of revenue will put tax liens on the business property, the Florida Department of revenue will also put the business owner in jail if the taxes all the associated penalties, interest, fines and costs are not remitted.

Pay IRS By Credit Card or Can You Settle Your IRS Tax Debt

Fresh Start Tax
You can pay your IRS tax debt by credit card  but before you do you should find out whether IRS can settle your tax debt through an offer in compromise.
Before you start making phone calls to attempt to settle your tax debt you must offer IRS at least the total equity in all your assets.
So if all your assets equal $30,000 your attempt to settle your tax debt with the Internal Revenue Service has to be at least $30,000.
How to Pay IRS by Credit Card
You can pay by debit or credit card whether you e-file, paper file or are responding to a bill or notice.
It’s safe and secure – the IRS uses standard service providers and commercial card networks.
Your payment will be processed by a payment processor who will charge a processing fee, which may be tax deductible. The fees vary by service provider.
Your information will only be used to process your payment.
No part of the service fee goes to the IRS.
The types of payments (Individual or Business) and limits on how many debit or credit card payments you can make in a year, quarter, or month, vary according to the type of tax you are paying.
How to Make a Payment
You can pay by debit or credit card by internet or over the phone. Please note that debit or credit payments cannot usually be cancelled.

Best Way to File Back Tax Returns – IRS Affordable Experts

Fresh Start Tax
I am a former IRS agent and teaching instructor with the Internal Revenue Service.
This is question I am asked quite frequent by taxpayers who needs to file multiple, back, late, past due tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service. There is one simple answer to this question.
Question –   What is the best way to file your back tax returns?
Answer –      All at the same time in one envelope.
If you’re attaching a check, make a separate check out for each tax period and staple it to each  tax return.
The reality is most people filing back tax returns will owe money to the Internal Revenue Service  and that has caused the nonfiling of their tax returns.

Question –   Why is that the best way to do that?  Will that raise a Red Flag ?
Answer –      The Internal Revenue Service knows your entire history on the CADE 2  computer system. IRS already knows you have not filed your back tax returns.
That computer system is a beast and stores an incredible amount of information. The only reason they have not got to you or your Social Security number is simply because of the sheer volume of work that they have ahead of you.
At some time they will catch up with you and ask for your tax returns. By the way , if you do not file your tax returns, the IRS can file your tax return under 6020 B of the IRC code so is your in your best interest to file your own tax returns. If IRS file your tax return you will pay the highest amount allowed by law because they will give you no extra exemptions, dependents, credits or business expenses.
You want to put all tax returns in one envelope so they do not get separated.
As a former IRS agent I can tell you IRS knows that you have not filed your tax return so you have not slipped through the cracks as most people think.
Most people do not filed their back tax returns because they know they will owe money to the Internal Revenue Service.
As a result, a lot of fear sets. They falsely believe that the Internal Revenue Service is going to start seizing all their assets and taking everything they own, but this is simply not true.
If you owe back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service the process of an immediate  resolution  is quite simple.
If you owe IRS under $25,000, we can get a streamlined agreement for you without worry or even a financial statement.
If you are over $25,000, IRS will require a simple financial statement, a 433f  that you can find directly on our website. With that financial statement documented, IRS will simply close your case in one of three fashions.
The Internal Revenue Service will either place your case into:

  • a currently not collectible status which is called a tax hardship,
  • IRS will insist on installment or monthly payment plan, or
  • IRS could tell you that you are a eligible taxpayer candidate for an offer in compromise.

By calling us today, we can go over the different options and tax resolution strategies that fit your financial needs at the present time.
You can call us today for a free initial tax consultation and speak directly to a true tax professional.
As a firm, we have over 206 years of professional tax experience and over 60 years of working directly for the Internal Revenue Service in the local, district, and regional tax offices of the Internal Revenue Service.
While at the Internal Revenue Service we were tax instructors.
Simply put, we are one of the most experienced, trustworthy and affordable tax firms.
Do not be afraid to go ahead and file your back tax returns.
You are not alone millions of taxpayers who have not filed.
If you have lost your tax records being former IRS agents and instructors we can reconstruct your tax return so do not let that slow down.

File Back, Late, Past Tax Returns at Same Time – Former IRS Agent – Miami, Jacksonville, Tampa, Ft.Lauderdale

Fresh Start Tax
File your back tax returns all at the Same Time and stop worrying.
We are a  Florida-based professional tax firm that has been resolving tax issues, tax problems and all federal and state tax matter since 1982.
We are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau.
When a client walks into our office and they have not filed back  tax returns for multiple years one of the first questions they ask me is should we send the men at the same time
Taxpayers have an innate fear that if the Internal Revenue Service sees multiple returns that that send up a red flag and the IRS will come looking for them, start an investigation or become very suspicious.
That simply is not true.
As a matter of fact the Internal Revenue Service is just happy you’re filing your back tax returns and that you are going back into the system.
This happens so much that it is commonplace with the Internal Revenue Service.
The Internal Revenue Service does not have enough people and manpower to go ahead and keep up with everybody who has not filed their back, late, past due tax returns.
File all your back tax returns and get back in the system and stop worrying.
Not only can you file all your back tax returns you can also reach a tax settlement with the IRS, yes, all at the same time.
We’ve been filing back tax returns for taxpayers since 1982 and to date by the grace of God we have not had one taxpayer audited as a result of multiple back filings.
If in fact a person did go through the audit process because of back tax return filing it was simply because their tax return fell out of the national standards or norms.
When FST files back tax returns we do everything we can audit proof your tax return so this never becomes an issue between you and the Internal Revenue Service
Other Information – Full compliance check
There is absolutely no reason not to file these tax returns at the same time in the same envelope.
The reason is simple.
Anytime the Internal Revenue Services processes your case and the case goes to the ACS unit or the collection field unit the Internal Revenue Service and the IRS must conduct a full compliance check.
A full compliance check is a complete review by the agent working your case of your tax history.
It lets IRS know how much you owe and what your tax returns have not been filed.
As a former agent when I see taxpayers that file tax returns year-by-year in separate envelopes I became very suspicious.
It was not that they were doing anything wrong but I felt as though they were trying to sneak back in the system. If they are trying to sneak back in the system I would ask myself ,what else are they trying to sneak about.
If you will owe back taxes as a result of your back tax return filings call us today and we can work out some sort of tax strategy tax settlement that you will be able to financially live with.
Being former IRS agents, managers, and teaching instructors we know all the protocols, systems and all the exit strategy so you can live in peace without worry.
How IRS will resolve your tax bill if you owe money to the IRS
If you are going to owe money to the Internal Revenue Service as a result of your late, past due or back tax return filings, the Internal Revenue Service  in all likelihood will require a current financial statement.
Based on that financial statement, the Internal Revenue Service will either place your case into an economic tax hardship, insist on a payment or installment agreement or let you know that you are an eligible candidate for an offer in compromise.
Contact us today and find out which of these programs works best for you.
