Fresh Start Tax LLC  is comprised of tax attorneys, certified public accountants, and former IRS agents, managers and tax instructors.

We were former IRS agents and managers have worked and taught out of the Atlanta regional training center.

We know the IRS systems. We taught the system to new IRS agents.

Due your years of experience at the Internal Revenue Service we know the fastest  and most affordable way to resolve any IRS back tax issue you have.

Use Caution:

When you are looking to hire a tax firm on the Internet be very cautious, most of the pages you pull up on the Internet are advertising companies marketing or selling leads to third parties. That’s right, you are not calling tax firms you are calling advertising companies.

I would urge people not to give their information to these third parties who sell your information to the highest bidder.

Make sure you are calling a specific tax firm that actually has tax professionals on staff.

To get an IRS levy released

If you have received an IRS notice of levy that was sent to your employer or to your bank you will need to give IRS a current, accurate and completely documented financial statement. That form will be a 433F and you will find out our website.

If you can provide that form to us completely documented and accurate, as a general rule within 24 hours we can get your notice of levy on your wages or your bank account lifted. Not only can we get your IRS levy released or lifted we can settle your tax case at the same time.

To settle back taxes

To settle back taxes with the Internal Revenue Service just like the levy above, you will have to give IRS a completely documented financial statement.

When IRS reviews your current financial statement they will ask for the last three months of bank statements, your last pay stub, and a complete list of all your monthly expenses. They will then make a determination how they will suspend or closure case off the IRS enforcement computer.

As a general rule, IRS three closing categories they put back tax cases into.

Based in your financial statement the Internal Revenue Service will either ask you to set up a:

1.monthly payment agreement,

2. let you know your case is currently uncollectible because you are in a hardship, or

3. you may be a tax settlement candidate.

If you call us today we can walk you to the process and let you know ahead of time which settlement category you could be eligible for.

If you have any questions or problems regarding any IRS notice or letter call us today and you can speak directly to a true tax professional.

We have been in private practice since 1982 when are A+ rated by the BBB.
