Has the IRS levied your social security benefits!
Call Fresh Start Tax so we can get the levy released today.       1-866-700-1040

What Fresh Start Tax can do for you:

  • immediately send a power of attorney to IRS so you will never have to speak to IRS
  • make sure you are taken off the IRS enforcement action computer system immediately
  • adjust the tax liability to make sure you are paying the lowest amount possible
  • file any tax returns that need to be filed
  • settle the tax liability for the lower possible amount
  • make sure IRS never takes your tax refund
  • get social security levies released

THE PROCESS:
Fresh Start Tax contacts IRS, sends them a power of attorney.  You never speak to the IRS. We will secure from you a 433 F which is the closing documents IRS is looking for. We then determine the correct couse of action and get your levy released.
You have filed all your tax returns for IRS to release the levy.

Social Security Benefits can be levied by the Internal Revenue Service.

Through the IRS Federal Payment Levy Program , Social Security benefit payments outlined in Title II of the Social Security Act, Federal Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance Benefits, are subject to the 15-percent levy, to pay your delinquent tax debt or on your back taxes that you owe to IRS.

Before  the Internal Revenue Service levies your Social Security benefits IRS  will send you a final notice of our intent to levy, with appeal rights, if one has not already been issued.
If IRS does not hear from you by the due date on the letter, or if you have already received this notice, IRS will send you an additional notice CP 91 or CP 298, Final Notice Before Levy on Social Security Benefits, explaining that your Social Security benefits may be levied.
See Tax Information for Appeals for additional information about your appeal rights.
Call Fresh Start Tax 1-866-700-1040 and get your problem resolved.
