Most companies advertise on their website ” Tax Attorneys.” The sad reality is that they advertise the term without having one Tax Attorney on staff. Just check the bio’s out on the firm profile page. Most of these so – called tax firms have one qualified person on staff and pretend they are loaded with tax professionals.
Even worse, many of these website firms are lead generation sites, subbing your work out and making a fee off of the referral. In simple terms, your information is being sold to the highest bidder.

We have over 60 years of directly working for the IRS in the local, district and regional offices of the IRS and some of our staff have been former IRS Appeals Agents, former IRS Supervisors, Tax Managers and taught Tax Law at the Regional Training Center of the IRS.
As a firm we have sat on Tax Boards, Tax Council’s and taught the local professional community (Tax Attorneys and CPA’s ) IRS Collection and Tax Audit Policy. We have an approved course by the Department of Professional Regulation to offering CPE credits to these tax professionals. Tax firms who do not specialize in IRS matters use us.
We also host and moderated many tax seminars in the professional communities and moderate dialogue with the IRS and tax professional. We are very active and engaged on the local speaking circuit.
