We are a Christian professional tax firm that specializes in IRS and state tax help.

We are comprised of tax attorneys, tax lawyers, certified public accountants, enrolled agents and former IRS agents, managers and tax instructors.

We have over 60 years of direct IRS work experience in the local, district, and regional tax offices of the Internal Revenue Service.

We have worked as agents, managers, and teaching instructors at the Internal Revenue Service.

We are a biblical-based professional tax firm that has been in practice since 1982 and we are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau.

Whether you are looking to work out a payment arrangement with the Internal Revenue Service or settle your IRS tax debt with an offer in compromise, talk to us today and we will go over all the relevant facts to see if you qualify for an IRS tax that settlement.

As the Bible teaches we are not to live in bondage.

Christians  who are struggling with  tax debt issues or other financial situations should be making an attempt to work out all situations to be a good witness to the Lord.

Since we are a biblical-based tax firm we will go over all your finances and make recommendations to you to get your life back in order.

It is important to note,  not everyone can qualify for a tax debt settlement with the Internal Revenue Service.

Before we accept any money on any case from a client we walk through the program and make sure you are a qualified and suitable candidate for a tax debt settlement.

IRS Debt Settlement is called an Offer in Compromise

A IRS Tax Debt Settlement may be a legitimate option if you can’t pay your full tax liability, or doing so creates a financial hardship.

IRS will consider your unique set of facts and circumstances:

  • Ability to pay;
  • Income;
  • Expenses; and
  • Asset equity.

IRS will generally approve an offer in compromise when the amount offered represents the most we can expect to collect within a reasonable period of time.

You should explore all other payment options before submitting an offer in compromise. The Offer in Compromise program is not for everyone.

Make sure you are eligible for a Debt Settlement

Before the IRS can consider your offer, you must be current with all filing and payment requirements.

You are not eligible if you are in an open bankruptcy proceeding.

Submitting your Tax Debt Settlement – Tax Forms

  • Form 433-A (OIC) (individuals) or 433-B (OIC) (businesses) and all required documentation as specified on the forms;
  • Form 656(s) – individual and business tax debt (Corporation/ LLC/ Partnership) must be submitted on separate Form 656;
  • $150 application fee (non-refundable); and
  • Initial payment (non-refundable) for each Form 656.
